LYDIA

JULIANNA

“I know she loves the attention, and Songs For Kids treats her on-age there which means a lot. She has dwarfism so even though she’s almost 12, she looks younger and a lot of people make assumptions.”

“The Songs For Kids Center is a space to be herself and express herself. She lights up when she knows we’re going. I don’t have a ‘morning child’ but she sets her alarm for 8:30 so she can be ready in time for her visit. We didn’t realize how important music was to her until all of a sudden there was a piano in front of her and she was so happy.”

NOLAN

Nolan! We have a xylophone!’ They’re just like, ‘Let’s just keep ordering stuff people ask for and meet them where they are.’”

ANDERSON

The very first time I was sitting there, Josh was like ‘Anderson, you’re gonna sing this’ and he did! They pushed him without it feeling like he’s being pushed; it’s more about the encouragement and the enthusiasm.”
